คลินิกห้องแถวเล็ก ๆ ที่ก่อตั้งในเดือนมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2538 ตรงข้ามวัดวัดอ รุณราชวราราม กองทัพเรือ ที่กลายมาเป็นชื่อเรียกศูนย์แพทย์ อรุณอัมรินทร์ หรือชื่อที่หลายคนเรียกติดปากว่าคลินิกอ.เรืองศิลป์ เราคือความหวังสุดท้ายของคู่สมรสที่ต้องการมีบุตร ด้วยการเติบโตของสังคมที่เปลี่ยนไป การมีบุตรยากไม่ใช่เรื่องแปลก ด้วยเทคโนโลยีช่วยการเจริญพันธุ์ IUI/IVF/ICSI เสริมความปลอดภัยด้วยการตรวจวินิจภัยพันธุกรรมและโครโมโซมตัวอ่อน ทำให้การมีบุตรเป็นไปได้และปลอดภัยกับทุกคน

การทำเด็กหลอดแก้ว (IVF/ICSI)
วิธีรักษาภาวะมีบุตรยาก (In Vitro Fertilization) โดยนำไข่ของผู้หญิงและอสุจิของผู้ชายมาปฏิสนธิกัน ภายนอกร่างกาย ในห้องปฏิบัติการ จากนั้นจึงย้ายตัวอ่อนกลับเข้าไปในโพรงมดลูกเพื่อให้เกิดการตั้งครรภ์

ฉีดน้ำเชื้ออสุจิเข้าโพรงมดลูก (IUI)
วิธีรักษาภาวะมีบุตรยากที่ช่วยเพิ่มโอกาสให้เกิดการปฏิสนธิ (Intrauterine Insemination) โดยแพทย์จะคัดเลือกอสุจิที่แข็งแรงจากน้ำเชื้อ แล้วใช้สายขนาดเล็กฉีดอสุจิเข้าไปในโพรงมดลูกในช่วงที่ผู้หญิงกำลังตกไข่

แช่แข็งเก็บรักษาเซลล์ไข่ (Egg Freezing)
บริการเก็บไข่ของผู้หญิงไว้ด้วยการแช่แข็งที่อุณหภูมิต่ำมาก (Egg Freezing หรือ Oocyte Cryopreservation) ประมาณ -196°C ในไนโตรเจนเหลว เพื่อใช้ในการตั้งครรภ์ในอนาคต

ตรวจคัดกรองพาหะโรคทางพันธุกรรม
Genetic Carrier Screening คือการตรวจเลือด เพื่อดูว่าบุคคลนั้นเป็น "พาหะ" ของโรคทางพันธุกรรมบางชนิดหรือไม่ ร่วมกับการตรวจพันธุกรรมของตัวอ่อนก่อนย้ายกลับเข้ามดลูก (PGT-M) เพื่อคัดเลือกตัวอ่อนที่ไม่เป็นโรคเพื่อการมีบุตร
